We were in the market for a new Highlander. We had a few quotes and actually going there with the feeling that it couldn't get better and its a waste of time. We were greeted by Jaime who showed us both the Hybrid and the Limited. Here come the best bit he took us on a proper test drive, most dealers will let you drive around the block in this case we went for a decent 20 minutes ride which left a good impression. When it came to the price they were unbeatable by a mile, so we figured yeah we'll take it. Highly recommandable

I was in the market for a used Toyota or Honda . Found a used Honda online at Putnam at a good price. i had to trade in my current car. I was helped by Yousef and we made a deal in about 4 hours which is short from what I'm used to. They gave me a fair trade in offer and worked with me on the price. I'll be getting my next car from them probably.

Back story, I had a major car accident in April '11 and I was out of a car. I knew that I wanted a Toyota for sure. But since the Tsunami hit Japan, prices of Toyota's went drastically up. I looked all over the bay area at new and used cars. Part of me was going crazy, because I hadn't yet found the car I wanted to buy for the right price. I was freaking Goldielocks testing out cars. Well thanks to Craigslist.org, I found Putnam Toyota and had to test drive this cute green used Corolla. From the moment I first saw the car on the lot, I feel in love with it. Bought that car that very day and have no regrets. Staff were really nice, but I got pushed into buying their Easy Care warranty. However, you can cancel it and I did exactly that. No hassles either for when I went into do that. This is a great honest dealership, and would consider buying from here again when the time comes. Hope it won't be for a long time...fingers crossed. I am definitely a fan! I've been looking for a new car to purchase for a while but didn't seriously get it until last month. I visited Capitol, Piercey, Stevens Creek... and e-mailed Sunnyvale, Fremont, AutoWest, Sunnyvale, Hilltop, and basically all the ones around the Bay Area. PUTNAM gave me the best quote out of everyone in the bay and all the salesman from other dealerships did not believe me when I gave them what he quoted. They thought I was lying or thought the quote was for the base model. That's why I chose Putnam!! ERIC BOOKS, their internet sales manager, is amazing! He doesn't give you a low price just to lure you in. The price was valid! The worse response that I got was from Capitol Toyota, but that can definitely be another review. My advice is to not work with JIMMY LEE and you can read why in another review. I went into Putnam and asked for the manager as he suggested me to do (as it was the only day he wasn't working--Friday). Then, I was passed to VICTOR CONTRERAS who is the BEST SALES REP EVER. He took us to go see the cars while the managers pulled up the e-mail conversations between Eric and I. Victor was very honest, not pushy at all. He pulled out the cars so that we can see them in the sun and answered all the questions we had regarding the car. He was very helpful, informative, and the test drive was very smooth. Victor made the whole test driving and car buying experience as great as possible, which I loved. My parents even brought out dog with us to the dealership and he was nice enough to invite her into the family room. That was extremely sweet of him! They also have the best cappuccino ever!!!! I ended up with two cups :) Basically, we didn't have to negotiate the price a lot since it was already an unbelievable deal. So I just had to fill out the app, get my credit approve, and then was handed the keys! It was an AMAZING experience and the best part was when the keys were handed to me! Everything was perfectly legit and everything was under my name! :D They then took the car to get detailed and washed while I finished up with the financing process! PUTNAM is the best!! I got the best price in the Bay Area with 0% finance for 36 months!! xD VICTOR is the man!!! I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him to everyone I know. But please, do research and stay agressive! MIKE (the finance manager) is also a pleasure to work with. He doesn't try to sell you all the bullshit stuff that you don't need. OVERALL, I am extremely satisfied with my car and my first car-buying experience!

I had just come from very poor service at Melody Toyota in San Bruno, so the difference was huge. These folks were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful from the get go. The manager is seated up front (Sid) which is very unusual, as one has immediate access to him, if needed. The first salesman I spoke to, Nick, was great in all the ways I mentioned above. When I finally went to get the car I wanted two days later; he wasn't working, but he called me back when I called his cel to tell him I was on the way to buy the car, and his colleague, Noli, helped me in just the same way with the entire transaction. The "papers" agent (I guess I'd call him), David, was also great. The truth is; every person working there was super friendly and it felt good to be there. They even brought me a capuccino from the $7,000 machine Mr. Putnam apparently purchased for the customers! And it was good! All I'm saying is being beautifully treated sure doesn't hurt! I left happily with my new Yaris that day (which I love) and felt really good about the experience.

Just purchased a new Tundra from Victor Contreras. He was very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle unlike most car salesman who think they know everything and pressure you to purchase a car from the moment you walk onto the lot. He made me feel at ease. I would recommend you talk to Victor if you are in the market for a new toyota.
