I had just come from very poor service at Melody Toyota in San Bruno, so the difference was huge. These folks were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful from the get go. The manager is seated up front (Sid) which is very unusual, as one has immediate access to him, if needed. The first salesman I spoke to, Nick, was great in all the ways I mentioned above. When I finally went to get the car I wanted two days later; he wasn't working, but he called me back when I called his cel to tell him I was on the way to buy the car, and his colleague, Noli, helped me in just the same way with the entire transaction. The "papers" agent (I guess I'd call him), David, was also great. The truth is; every person working there was super friendly and it felt good to be there. They even brought me a capuccino from the $7,000 machine Mr. Putnam apparently purchased for the customers! And it was good! All I'm saying is being beautifully treated sure doesn't hurt! I left happily with my new Yaris that day (which I love) and felt really good about the experience.
