We bought our Sienna Van from Victor Contreras. We originally yelped for Toyota dealerships and found Putnam to have the best reviews with positive salesmen comments, especially Victor Contreras. We decided to go with it, call him and give it a try. And we are so glad we did. He treated us like family with such sincerity and genuine interest. And we have no regrets ... We love our van!!! And our toddlers want to go for a drive every day!! Go figure :) Will recommend Putnam for their family atmosphere and for Victor's amazing professionalism :)
5 stars for Jamaal @ Putnam. We bought a pre-owned Toyota Highlander and worked with Jamaal. We shopped around a bit before we stumbled upon Putnam. Jammal made the buying process very easy and he was very honest in his approach. We live in the Mountain View area and it was definitely worth the drive. I purchased my Toyota Echo 11 years ago from Putnam Toyota and it's been a great car to get me from point A to B. Noli Bati was salesperson who sold it to me back in 2000. He has to be the best car salesman EV-ER because he is still at Putnam Toyota! After 11 years,161K miles, and now a 6 month old baby in tow it was time to upgrade. Thankfully, I was able to connect with Noli again and I purchased a Venza this past Saturday. Noli was easy to get in contact with and he was very honest and real when it came to showing me the specs of the car. He easily lead me to test drive the Venza and when we returned I was signing paperwork. Noli made this process easy and enjoyable. And no, the yummy latte he made me was not the selling point! I'm not only pleased with the customer service at Putnam, but I'm Toyota fan for life. Some people may not agree; I've had the best experience with my Echo and I am confident I'll have the same with my Venza. It's a good quality car and with the proper maintenance it won't do you wrong. .....Deep breath....don't you just love that new car smell?!?
great service. not particularly fast, but still incredibly satisfied. ive been to toyota 101 where the service was dreadful as were the personnel and you feel completely cheated, so this was a dramatic improvement. came here to do get a toyota recall service done and the person who served me, Luis, was excellent. he explained everything and told me that there would be no charge. he told me how long it would take. i then proceeded to the nice customer lounge where i had free wi-fi so i could work and there is a coffee machine, doughnuts and a water cooler. i had to wait 2.5h, but that's fine since i had wi-fi and my computer with me. at about 2h, luis came in to tell me that they were running a little behind but they were nearly done. at 2.5h, he told me it was done and that they had washed the car and he explained what i could expect to experience after the repair. all in all, great service and i feel comfortable with them. i think that they go above and beyond to serve their customers, which is totally not what Ive experienced at car dealers/service places in the US.
