My best friend just bought a brand new Toyota FJ two days ago, and he absolutely loves it! I must say, that without Victor Contreras we would still be driving an old beat up 1999 4Runner. Victor is an amazing salesman. He did not rush us into anything at all, gave us excellent advice as well as an overview and a nice test drive on the beutifull Burlingame/Hillsborough area. He matched my friend needs as close as he possibly could and we can't say that we are unsatisfied at all. GO VICTOR!!
sooo, the car i bought here had a little problem and broke down a couple of days later. i was freaking out and called the salesman, Joseph. he immediately put me at ease and promised he would handle everything. which he did!. they paid for the tow back to the dealership (from alameda to burlingame, not cheap) and offered a loaner car: BMW 325ci Convertable...not too shabby! the problem w/ my new car was the thermostat broke. they fixed that and also as a precautionary measure, replaced the water pump so i wouldn't have problems in the near future. i'm telling you, i couldn't be more pleased w/ the customer care i have received thus far at Putnam Toyota. BEST. DEALERSHIP. EVER! BEST. SALESMAN. EVER......WINNING!
Officially bought my first car on my own (scion tc). VICTOR was the nicest salesman ever. They were accommodating to my needs and the best place if you're looking at buying a toyota or scion.
Just Stopped by to look at the new Scion, the staff was very nice , the salesperson Sead was friendly and knowledgable, i think he is new to the buisness but i had a good trip i didnt buy anything i already have a car but would deffinatly reccomend this place i would ask for Sead or Andrey he was another fun salesguy he offered me coffee and snacks!
I've gone to several OTHER Toyota dealerships for maintenance, but have had nothing bad experiences at all of them, including but not limited to: lack of timely service completion even after confirming completion, dirty interior, scratches on exterior and interior, and strangest of all... extremely reduced air pressure in my tires (by half) when they said they would check the tire pressure. Each time I brought my car in, I totally regretted pre-purchasing a service plan and had the urge to face-palm and throw a tantrum right there in the dealership. Putnam Toyota, on the other hand, delivered clean and thorough maintenance my first time there. Staff was very friendly and I felt I could trust them with my car. Vehicle maintenance was completed, not only on time, ladies and gentlemen... but... be ready for this... EARLY. I was surprised to get the phone call 2 hours earlier than anticipated. Now that's customer service! I make the drive all the way from San Jose, because it's worth it.
I came in here for an oil change and was expecting to wait awhile (you know how oil changes go...) but I was in and out of there in no time! James helped me at the service desk and answered all my questions I had about my car and he even gave me a coupon for my next visit!
