We were in the market for a new Highlander. We had a few quotes and actually going there with the feeling that it couldn't get better and its a waste of time. We were greeted by Jaime who showed us both the Hybrid and the Limited. Here come the best bit he took us on a proper test drive, most dealers will let you drive around the block in this case we went for a decent 20 minutes ride which left a good impression.
