Smoothest process I've ever experienced with purchasing a new car! I am beyond thrilled with my new Prius and truly felt I got the best price at Putnam. Nader was absolutely wonderful with helping us choose the right model and explaining in detail how to operate the abundance of functions. The manager Bruce was soooo helpful and kind and truly took the time to answer any questions we had. I really experienced that good old fashioned customer service at this location and will definitely do business there again in the future!

Jeff is a fair salesmen. He will give you the best price upfront. He is also very open minded in term of cultural knowledge. He was very nice to us made the transactions smooth. I would defiantly recommend him to my friends and family. Great customer service!! He is honest with his customers and that is the type of person you want to buy your car from. :)

After having a horrible experience with Assistant Service Manager Mario De Leon at Fremont Toyota I took my truck to Putnam Toyota in Burlingame and met with Service Advisor Luis Boteo. I have to tell you Luis is truly a customer oriented service advisor. He was organized, knew what I needed, didn't push any other services and was a great person to deal with. His estimate as to when the truck was going to be ready was right on time. When I came to pick it up it was ready to go. Great guy reflecting on a great company and a pleasure to do business with. Very stylish Italian cars. John has been very nice taking me for a test drive. Would recommend.

John helped me buy a used 2015 RAV4. I traded in my lexus, needed something bigger. He did not make me feel rushed at all. Communication was good throughout the whole process. He 1st made sure I could trade in my car, then made sure I was happy after the test drive before moving forward to sign a deal to get the car. Overall my experience was great, and if your looking to buy a USED vehicle from them they definitely are trustworthy. Thanks again John!

If you want to buy a Toyota this is the place!!! Ask for Jeff, he's the best. I walked in with no insurance papers, and low credit and walked out with an excellent rate and insurance and my C-HR Toyota!! Oh in only 2 hours. Great person he even took pictures of me with my new car!! Such a sweet heart you guys!!
