Candido and George at Putnum Toyota were great to work with! Their LOW-PRESSURE approach was exactly what we hoped for in the car buying experience. My husband and I visited other dealerships before Putnum, the sales tactics employed at one in particular left such a bad impression on us that we shifted gears to a different make of car altogether! The way car buying should be! Jeff Hershman helped us get a great deal on the car that we really wanted. No high pressure sales pitches, no nonsense. Everything was transparent and fair. Our initial contact was over email and where other dealers lacked follow through (do you even want to sell me a car?), Jeff was great with communicating and had the car ready for our test drive. This was my first time buying a new car and my cousin referred me to Noli. Noli made the process simple; he explained all the details thoroughly. He was also very professional and friendly. While I didn't have the best credit; he did the best he could to give me a great monthly rate. Also, Noli took the time to show me the features of the car and went over the details of the warranties. He was extremely helpful and I plan on referring more friends/family to do business with this location. George was the financial manager and provided detailed advice to me. I felt he offered additional extras, but that he took the time to explain things I had no idea about such as gap insurance. I felt I was treated professionally overall and received excellent service.

I moved down to Half Moon Bay from Calgary earlier this year. After renting a car for some time, I started looking to buy one. I found a few good used cars at Putnam Toyota dealership. I talked to Jeff Hershman at the dealership, we test drove a 2008 Camry and a 2002 Camry. After discussing with Jeff, I bought 2002 Camry. Jeff made my car buying experience very simple and smooth.
