I have purchased several cars over the years, as well as other high end products, and I can say without a doubt that working with Alex Leone, the new internet sales manager, was the best buying experience I have ever had. He was genuine in assisting me in finding the perfect car for my family of three (we ended up getting a 2017 Rav4 Hybrid). Even though I could have saved a couple hundred bucks at a bigger corporate lot, I am very happy that I chose to work with him because he made sure we felt informed, valued and comfortable. Mike in finance, and the rest of the team at Putnam Toyota were great as well and I am actively recommending him to my friends in the market for a new vehicle!

Last month my husband and I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Putnam Toyota. Found the car we wanted online and contacted Jeff Hershman, their Internet and Fleet Manager. He responded immediately. We test drove the car and discussed price. They worked out better financing than we had planned. Their parts and service departments were helpful when we went back for floor mats. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you Jeff and everyone who helped us. We love the car!

Bought a 2014 Prius from Jaime Renderos, Was very pleased with his expertise and style. Needed to replace our other car recently and returned to Putnam and Jaime. Once agin, he knew the features of each model and made our buying decision pretty straight forward. Service department has been great for the 2014; not needed any repairs but can do routine maintenance on Saturday if desired. No reservations recommending Jaime and Putnam Toyota.

I accompanied my parents when they needed a new car. They made an appointment with Caarlo as they've already bought two other cars when he was working at another Toyota dealership. That alone just goes to show that he has excellent customer service that they keep going back to him! Upon arriving at the dealership Caarlo already had a list of available cars ready to be shown to my parents based on what they were looking for. My parents chose the car they liked, went for a test drive and then headed over to the finance dept while I decided to hang around their lounge area while sipping some on some tea and reading magazines. Everything went smoothly and they were finished! Big thanks to Caarlo for always hooking my parents up with a new ride!

I give 5 stars to Jeff Hershman at Putnam Toyota! He went above and beyond to help try and locate one specific 4Runner I was looking for. It was a true pleasure doing business with him. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends! Thanks Jeff!

after looking into many makes & models we found that the Toyota Corolla was the right car for us " , we had inquired online with many dealer ships throughout northern California & found that Jeff Hershman the internet & fleet manager at Putnam Toyota was the choice for us " after speaking with Jeff on the Phone he was able to give us an accurate quote & took the time to set everything up in advance to where we arrived a few hours later at our convenience & with in an hour to an hour & a half we were driving off in a new Toyota Corolla in the color of our choice " I have purchased many new vehicles over the year & must say Jeff & Putnam Toyota gave me by far the best experience ever !
