I leased a new Toyota from Nader and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking to purchase a new car. The dealership is clean with open floor and we did most of the paperwork right there which was nice...Nader spent a lot of time explaining the car's functions and features so I don't have to read all the manual that comes with the car. I had a great experience overall.

I recommend this place for their excellent service. I've been coming here for about 5 years and have always found them to be very responsive and flexible, with very reasonable prices. I don't leave reviews often but Matt Sammut's quick fix of my tail lights with no appointment and no charge was reminiscent of the old family mechanic, always happy to help. Ryan is also the absolute best! He always remembers us and is quick to explain what service we are getting and why. It usually feels like you are being ripped off by dealerships, but thanks to Ryan and Matt I feel 100% satisfied whenever I bring my car in for service at Putnam Toyota.

This is my second car I have bought/leased from Putnam Toyota. When I started seriously looking for a new car, Jeff Hershman was very attentive and spent time with us on car selection, test driving and negotiating the deal. I highly recommend Jeff for his knowledge and customer service. .

We just bought our second Prius from Putnam. Service has been great for the 12 years we had the old one and we look forward to more of the same. Caarlo - our sales rep was very good, and extreme low pressure, and the financial guru, George, made that painful part pleasant.
