I've only been here once for far, for a free 15k scheduled maintenance on a Prius. I scheduled the appointment online, showed up on time, left my car, walked to downtown Burlingame to grab lunch, and they were done by the time I was heading back. No muss, no fuss.They have a pretty nice waiting area with an espresso machine.

Look for Abdul Asalati, the sales representative here because he was professional and honest. Provided excellent customer service, quick and painless transaction and my family and I were off with our brand new 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE. I would definitely send customers his way because of his friendliness, genuine customer service and assistance with making our experience exceptional.Abdul offered to help my dad pair his iPhone to his new car and helped us set up our first maintenance appointment before we left the dealership. He really cares!

I apologize as I meant to write this a few weeks ago! It has been on my mind as Mr. Darren Yu did an excellent job, and the guilt of not writing a review for him would bother me tremendously.I don't normally write reviews but his is well deserved. I accompanied my parents to look for a car, with the idea that we were going to purchase a Subaru Forester as the new family vehicle for road trips and such. After our test drive, we decided to think about the car as we had lunch. It was a good car but to match all the specs my parents wanted would put us well above our budget, but we were still ready to purchase.As we headed back to Putnam Subaru, we decided why not try the Prius V since we were already in the area, the new cost was around that price, and we talked about the car before...Once we walked in the door we were greeted by Darren who was very professional and friendly. He took us up to see the cars and since there weren't any of the models we wanted at the time, we test drove the 5. To our pleasant surprise he was also very educated in the specs of the car and responded very friendly and politely to my parent's many questions.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed. We were charmed by his charisma and knowledge of the product and were ultimately sold. I would recommend Darren to any of my future Toyota buying friends and family. Full stars and more! Btw, the nifty coffee machine in the waiting room is a very nice touch!
