Bought a new Tacoma TRD Off Road today from Putnam. Darren Yu couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable on the features. From keeping me apprised on the status of the vehicle I was looking for, letting my 11 year old daughter completely "inspect" the truck to ensure it fit her needs, to arranging to have it available for two different test drives, he was always quick to respond to questions and made himself available on my schedule. Mike Dobres was straight forward, very informative and made the business side of the transaction quick and painless as possible. This is my second Tacoma from Putnam and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience with Jeff Hershman! Friendly, not pushy, follows up. He helped make my experience a very positive one rather than the intimidating experiences I have had in the past with buying a car. I have a new RAV4, and it was fun to buy it! I drove from Oakland to Burlingame because of the internet follow up and reaching out from Jeff, and am glad I did.

I can book appointment online. They serve pastries and coffee in the morning. They also provide shuttle service. Construction advice is to accept American Express card and offer shuttle pick-up service.

Leased a Toyota Corolla on Friday 9/2/16. The staff were friendly and patient. Answered all my questions. Cannot negotiate much coz I was already having an online deal. Worth a visit!
