After having a horrible experience with Assistant Service Manager Mario De Leon at Fremont Toyota I took my truck to Putnam Toyota in Burlingame and met with Service Advisor Luis Boteo. I have to tell you Luis is truly a customer oriented service advisor. He was organized, knew what I needed, didn't push any other services and was a great person to deal with. His estimate as to when the truck was going to be ready was right on time. When I came to pick it up it was ready to go. Great guy reflecting on a great company and a pleasure to do business with.
