I didn't expect to buy my Rav4 the day when I was just looking. I worked with Jeff, he's a great salesman and sold me my new car on the spot. Everyone at Putnam Toyota was great with the service etc., was great. I started at Melody Toyota and left because no one was there to help me. I'm glad I did. Thanks Jeff. I encourage anyone who wants a Toyota and work with great people go to Putnam and as for Jeff.

I had a great experience with Ryan here. I had a backlog of recalls to process and they took care of it in a single day. I also let them know that my key remote was dead, and they were nice enough to replace it at no cost. Really great customer service!
