John helped me buy a used 2015 RAV4. I traded in my lexus, needed something bigger. He did not make me feel rushed at all. Communication was good throughout the whole process. He 1st made sure I could trade in my car, then made sure I was happy after the test drive before moving forward to sign a deal to get the car.
