Would like to share our purchasing experience at Putnam. The entire process from making a call to driving out of the showroom was excellent and memorable. We purchased a Prius Plug-in 2014 Model and our Sales person was Addul Asalati and the Finance Manager was Michael Dobres. Both these gentlemen provided excellent service and utmost professional care all the way from the inquiry to signing the deal. Thank you Abdul & Mike. Best Regards Selvan

Brought my car in for a recall and everyone I interacted with was extremely polite. Time estimated for the service was right on the dot, and the waiting area makes the time go by easier too - vending machines, free coffee, tea and pastries, computers with internet, and free wifi if you bring your own device. I also noticed a banner that said they'd match (or even beat) Costco's prices for tires, and everyone always raves about Coscto tire prices! Will definitely consider them if/when I need to change up my tires next time, as well as for any service my car needs.

*Review for the Service Department* This place has AWESOME service! I've brought my 2013 Corolla in 3 times so far and I've always had a good experience. First of all, they have a waiting room with wifi and coffee and pastries. I love coming to get my car done in the morning. Kills 2 birds with one stone - breakfast and getting car done 1st time was an oil change and that went normal... they did the 20 point inspection and stuff and it was fine... yay. Easy and out of there in about an hour. 2nd time was another oil change. That went well and took about an hour. After that, the realized that my car horn doesn't work, but they said they could help be get the part and fix it. They immediately called in the part and it was here within a day! I called for an appointment and was able to get one within the next couple of days. 3rd time was to get my horn fixed and then I realized that a part of my car was dis-attached because a clip fell off or something and they took car of that for me as well. Overall, good waiting room and awesome service. They really take good care of my car. And thanks Ryan and SId (sorry, can't remember his whole name) for always making my services so easy! Another note: I actually bought my car in San Diego, but if you buy a Toyota anywhere (like here), it comes with Toyota Care which is 2 years of free services on your car, so all the services that I've came in for has been included!

I just bought a Prius at Putnam Toyota. I found the quality of the personnel was outstanding. They were extremely friendly and warm and made the buying experience very very pleasant. Victor was my sales person and he was there with me all the way. I always felt that he had the time to work with me. And after I bought my car he spent a lot of time going over all of the little details of how to work the various gadgets that were in the car. I can't say enough nice things about my experience there.

I just bought my second vehicle from Putman Toyota and was again very satisfied with the experience. Eric Brooks was the internet salesman in both cases. The first was a Prius V in 2010 and this week a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. In both cases the business managers that finalized the contracts were very also pleasant to work with and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicles, warranties, or service plans. They also shipped my first vehicle to Texas at a reasonable price. Eric is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and is very responsive to email, which was perfect for me given my work schedule. He was very helpful explaining all the features I wanted and contacted me when the right vehicle was available. The price was listed up front with no surprises or games. Also, Eric lists his available vehicles on Craigslist so customers can see the exact vehicles and features on the internet before driving to the dealer. For my first vehicle, I made a trip from Texas since Putnam was the only dealer in the US that had the particular model I wanted, and in the second it was a long enough drive that I didn't want to waste time if it was the wrong truck. In the second purchase I had a trade-in and they gave me what I considered a very fair trade-in (close to another quote I'd received from another dealer). The entire experience was pleasant with no surprises, from my first email with Eric, through the paperwork and vehicle delivery.

I have to say these are some of the most responsive business people with whom I have ever worked. As soon as my original Yelp review ran, I got a call from one of the dealer's managers. He told me I would be getting a followup there from a staff member assigned to take care of the problem with our title. The process has taken much longer than I would have like but not because of anything on Putnam's end. The DMV moves at a snail's pace to fix this kind of problem with a title, especially one going back this long. Throughout the process, I got regular updates from Maeva Bencich apprising me of where we stood with the DMV title correction. Here's the thing. A lot of businesses would have simply blown this off because the original transaction occurred so long ago. Not these guys. They seem not only to care about their reputation here on Yelp but on making sure the customer has had a satisfactory experience overall. So, I would definitely consider buying a new car from them again. Really, my hats off to Putnam for going the extra mile to deal with our issue in a very professional manner.
