I just bought my second vehicle from Putman Toyota and was again very satisfied with the experience. Eric Brooks was the internet salesman in both cases. The first was a Prius V in 2010 and this week a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. In both cases the business managers that finalized the contracts were very also pleasant to work with and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicles, warranties, or service plans. They also shipped my first vehicle to Texas at a reasonable price. Eric is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and is very responsive to email, which was perfect for me given my work schedule. He was very helpful explaining all the features I wanted and contacted me when the right vehicle was available. The price was listed up front with no surprises or games. Also, Eric lists his available vehicles on Craigslist so customers can see the exact vehicles and features on the internet before driving to the dealer. For my first vehicle, I made a trip from Texas since Putnam was the only dealer in the US that had the particular model I wanted, and in the second it was a long enough drive that I didn't want to waste time if it was the wrong truck. In the second purchase I had a trade-in and they gave me what I considered a very fair trade-in (close to another quote I'd received from another dealer). The entire experience was pleasant with no surprises, from my first email with Eric, through the paperwork and vehicle delivery.
