I recently went in to look at the new Toyota Corolla and fell in love with it. Edie was very nice and helpful in helping me choose the right model and getting me a price I was comfortable with. I have read a few other reviews about some of the other sales people at this dealership and I would strongly recommend going to Edie for your new car. It is certainly nice to feel comfortable with someone selling you a $18k vehicle. Love my new Corolla and am very pleased with the whole purchase process. Yay for Edie and her great sense of humor!

This is the second Toyota we have leased with Putnam Toyota. After having a really hard time with Jaime and his really bad attitude last winter, we walked out without a deal. We cooled off for a couple of months and realized that went back to Victor Contreras who helped us with our first lease was still there. He's patient, professional and very kind. While I wish the sales manager could have come down a bit in price a bit more, our experience was positive and please seek out Victor, you won't be disappointed!!!

So I'm back... Obviously I love my Prius, so much that when Edie Asbury called to tell me that my 4 year old model was in demand I was a little interested in getting the new model but not really motivated to trade in. Here's the thing... I'm in sales so I drive A LOT. 30K/year a lot, so I've been through my share of car dealers and sales experiences with them. I couldn't tell you their names, some were schwarmy, some were okay & got the job done but never really memorable or worthy of a yelp review. Until I met Edie. Honestly, I feel like I made a new friend. She's not only incredibly knowledgable, but she got an A plus in follow-up and ability to make what I needed happen. Totally professional but also personable. She listened to me (shocker), gave me options that were realistic and creative, she related to me and she gave me insight into my car that I hadn't known even in the 4 years I had been driving it. Bottom line, she cared. Needless to say, I am HAPPILY driving my brand new exact same color, model and PRICE'd Prius. This time with a beautifully extended warranty and peace of mind. For the first time in my car buying experience part of my negotiating was making sure SHE got the commission for the sale. I guess that says it all. Putnam has a gem with Edie, Seriously ask for her if you are at Putnam BG.. I know I will when I get my next one!!

Had a great experience with Putnam, especially Noli who did a great job of helping me get into my 4runner. Service all the way through sales to finance to delivery was top notch.

I visited other Toyota dealers in t he Bay Area, and was not impressed, until I came to Putnam Toyota in Burlingame and met Edie Asbury. Do not talk to anyone else! Edie in knowledgeable, helpful, and you know you are talking to a friend who will talk straight and do the heavy lifting for you. Edie helped us lease our first Prius, a V model, and the car and Edie has surpassed all our expectations. We liked our experience with Edie so much, we leased a second Prius from Putnam. I have no hesitation recommending Putnam Toyota to my friends, and tell them to ask for Edie.

I bought my first Toyota product, a 4Runner Trail Edition, from Edie at Putnam. Boy, did I not make things easy for her :) We test drove nearly every model on the lot (even a Prius so I could try it and see if I even liked it -- I did not), and I ended up settling on a terrific 4Runner. She listened to my desires for a new car, and made some suggestions across the portfolio and how I could use different aspects of their vehicles in different parts of my life. She guided me through that process and I'm thankful to have had her help! Going through the paperwork on my trade-in, new loan, and all the DMV stuff in the middle was a snap and Edie raced to get my new vehicle washed, inspected, and have everything explained to me and ready for me to drive home. So, if you've considered a Toyota and either weren't sure or want a chance to figure out which of them works best for you, stop by and ask for Edie. Her can-do attitude and contagious energy will keep you in stitches, making the process super easy. Thanks again Edie and Putnam.
