Ask for Edie! My wife and I had a great experience at Putnam Toyota, particularly working with Edie. She was extremely personable and responsive, including communicating by text which made discussions about our car purchase easier. We were interested in a Prius V. She showed us the options on the lot and was great when it came time to negotiate the purchase. I genuinely look forward to seeing her again when I bring the car in for service, and would recommend her.

A quick review of my dealing with Putnam Toyota, I live in Southern California & they had a vehicle that I wanted, I called & spoke to Jeff Hershman, He was able to answer all the questions pertaining to the vehicle quickly we basically did the deal over the phone & email, to top it off he went out of his way & picked me up from the airport that afternoon which was fantastic. All the paperwork had previously been done before my flight so when I arrived it was simply checking out the vehicle which was perfectly cleaned & detailed, I signed & drove off in my new truck, I definitely recommend dealing with this dealership...

I want the FR-S monogram, and they are currently one of the few dealers have this and they have the color I want too. So I went there to have a test drive to see how it is. the FR-S is AWESOME. Yes, I met Jeff. He is the one responded my email request and I read some review here (Yelp) before I go. He is rock! Definitely. Very helpful and nice. I highly recommend Jeff at Putnam!!

My fiance and I went to look at cars with no intention to buy. We met Abdul who was extremely nice and in a non-pushy way, had us test-drive the car of our dreams! Of course we fell in love but thought it was a little out of our budget and price range. About a week later after doing a lot of research, we decided it was the best deal around and with the 0% financing it was a no-brainer! We called Abdul and told him we wanted the car we test drove but wouldn't be able to get there until 7 pm, Friday night after work. He said "no problem" and that he would track down the car and hold it for us until we get down there and he did! We were extremely impressed with his enthusiasm and concern that we get the car we wanted. Shortly after we got there, we were seated in the cozy waiting room and Abdul personally made us some hot cocoa while they got the paperwork started and the car ready. After agreeing on the price we were happy with, Abdul patiently waited with us in the waiting room while we got approved for the 0% financing. Shortly after speaking with him, we realized that Abdul is genuinely a good person and not your average salesman which made this a fun and easygoing experience for us! All and all, this was the best car-buying experience of our lives! We highly recommend Putnam Toyota of Burlingame and if you want a pleasant experience, please ask for Abdul! He will take good care of you!

Review for the Sales Department I have visited 3 dealerships today looking for 2014 Highlander Limited AWD. And it was not going well. One dealership did not have the color we wanted and the other dealership was not willing to budge on MSRP. Putnam Toyota was the last dealership and my wife and I were very tired already. Abdul greeted us outside asking if we needed any help. All experience was awesome afterwards. While Abdul seated us, he asked us if we would like to get any drink. When we said we only needed cold ice water, I noticed that he was double cleaning the coffee cup with hot water and gave us a cold water in the cup because he did not want to give us a clumsy paper cup. I can see that he was trying his best. Dealing with him and Putnam Toyoda was breeze afterwards. He was a very courteous and he made our day when we were able to drive off on a brand new 2014 Highlander Limited AWD without too many haggling at a great price. George who was the Finance Manager was also great and they made the tedious process of buying a car very easy. If anyone asks for my experience at the dealership today, I would definitely recommend Putnam Toyota and Abdul anytime. Thank you, Putnam Toyota.

Had a wonderful, smooth experience at Putnam Toyota. Gudi contacted me when I saw a vehicle that I inquired about online. He was really polite and wanted to set up an appointment. When I got there, he was very friendly, not pushy at all. He assured me that he would try to find me the best price on the used car that I wanted. The car was already priced well and was a bargain compared to some of the other used cars I had seen which were either much older or had much more mileage. Gudi made pleasant conversation and at no point did I feel like I was even dealing with a "car dealer." He was respectful of my budget and I walked away feeling like I got great service.
