My fiancáe and I are in the Dog Walking business. We needed a Tacoma to haul our furry clients around town. Many of our colleagues referred us to see Eric Brooks at Putnam Toyota since he has been helping Dog Walkers for several years. At first we were very impressed at the variety of Tacoma's they had. He was very friendly and knowledgable. While speaking with Eric, it was like hanging out with a friend and we never felt pressured to buy the car. From doing our research we felt the price was completely fair. Eric made the car buying process fun and look forward to doing business again!

This review is mainly based on Jeff H. i called and asked for Prius plug-in hybrid. Jeff is very helpful and told me that he has a few in stock. (which is rare in Nov 2013) Jeff show me the car and gave me a test drive. it's pretty straight forward and a pleasant experience. he told me 0% offer and some cash bonus. and i got both for my purchase. if i need an other Toyata, i will definitely call Jeff again. hassle free experience. I was excited about finally getting my Prius but not too excited about the car shopping/buying process. I went online and was contacted by several local dealers but Jeff Hershman, Internet and Fleet Manager really listened to what I was looking for and his follow up was better than any other dealer. I could have played the get the best deal game and have the salesperson go back and forth with finance but I didn't have to do that this time around. Jeff gave me a great price, didn't beat around the bush and treated my boyfriend and I as more than a sale. The last time I purchased a car it was so stressful I broke out in hives! This time I was nothing but smiles. I love my Prius and want to thank Jeff Hershman and the entire Putnam Toyota team for a fabulous experience!

If you ever buy a Toyota, you must buy from Jeff Hershman. Jeff is a true professional, cares about his customers and doesn't screw around with you like most "typical sales guys" - but Jeff isn't your typical guy. He will go find you whatever you want and need. There's the no hassle with saying, "let me talk to my manager" and take off with your car keys! I bought my 2001 RAV4 from Jeff, my mom bought her Camry from him and George bought his Tacoma. Jeff is a great guy and will do you right. I will follow Jeff wherever he goes with Toyota!!! Putnam should be proud to have him as an honest employee and who especially cares about his customers! You ROCK JEFF!!!!

I am only reviweing the customer service in the vehicle service deparment. Not sales or the quality of the vehicle service because I havent recieved my car yet. They sure know how to take care of their clients. No waiting, I walked in and I was attened and directed right away. I brought my car in for service and Matt did a great and detailed job of letting me know the process my car was going to go under. Plus they have a latte machine.... Brownie points!
