Haven't really dealt with them or visit this location but when i was having car problems i called the Sales department ( i think it was on a sunday so no one else was open) and one of their sales person was so helpful even giving me the time of day to try and troubleshoot my cars problem ( even though he was a sales person) and tried multiple solutions to get it up and running, i forgot his name but just wanted to say thanks:)

I have been doing business with Putnam Toyota for 10+ years and have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have recommended many people here. The purchasing experience is no pressure. They have a clean up to date facility and plenty of inventory. I personally like working with Eddy Goldman. He really listens to what you want. The service department is clean and you can always get the same service writer. The entire dealership is customer focused. Take the time to visit Putnam!!

After years of hand-me-down and used cars, I just traded up to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Putnam Toyota and I'm very happy not only with the vehicle, but the buying experience. James at Putnam Toyota helped me from beginning to end: test driving, giving me a good sense of the price of various vehicles on the lot and answered my questions about what models best fit my needs. I made several trips back after shopping around and ultimately bought the very first car I test drove with James. He made the process completely smooth, walking through paperwork and basics of the financing. One tip, Putnam Toyota sets prices at what they're offering their cars for... unlike the stereotypical car purchase process, there really is no negotiation here. Shopping around at other lots and online, though, I found their original offer price to be very competitive and fair. While it ended up working out to be a great price, it was the experience of a back and forth mock negotiation with James' manager that loses one star for my experience. Otherwise, I felt very well taken care of through the whole process and James has also continued to be readily available for my immediate follow-up needs going over the warranty and planning for future service needs. An overall great experience!

Just purchased a new Prius V with Putnam Toyota in Burlingame. Victor made it a wonderful pressure free experience. He was patient and friendly during the whole process and guided us through a great test drive, and worked with us on bargaining to a satisfactory price. Mike was also very helpful during the signing process. Truly an enjoyable and recommended hassle free experience.

Lenny and Mike are the perfect duo. Lenny showcased the vehicles I liked that were in my price range, and Mike gradually went over all the paper work, not missing a beat. Both were comical and had great customer service experience. My new car experience standard has been set by those guys. I 120% recommend this dealership, just for the overall customer service experience. Thanks again!!
