Just bought a new 4Runner here. Abdul was my salesman. He was very knowledgable and made my buying experience very comfortable. Very friendly and straight forward. George Ferrier handled all the paperwork, which was also a great experience. Very quick and painless. He explained all the financing options and didn't push me into anything I didn't want. I would highly recommend this dealership! When I am in the market for another car, I will definitely pay these guys another visit. To the management: Please reward these guys for their great service. It's people like them that make me want to fork over the cash!

Purchased a brand new Toyota Prius C from Noli. My fiancá and I were just planning on looking first but Noli gave us such a great deal that we just couldn't pass up. My 2008 Honda was killing me on gas, believe it or not, commuting 5 days a week from SF into northern Marin so we had been taking about purchasing a new car. The process was great and we left with smiling faces. We were offered complimentary drinks, Legos while we waited (that was my favorite part!) And Noli even help me configure all the app and Bluetooth stuff on my navigation screen. I would purchase from Putnam again. Awesome service and experience. Love the new car... but not really the smell.

We purchased our second car in a row from Putnam yesterday & wanted to let people know what a good experience we had. We've purchased cars from many dealers across the country over the years & this has been one of the most pleasant & no pressure environments we've been through. Our salesman Abdul was wonderful & made sure we weren't dwelling in some type of bad sales limbo indefinitely. They made sure we got through things efficiently & quickly, as one of our sons is special needs, once we agreed on a deal. Mike in Finance also rocks & got us through the joys of paperwork quickly while still explaining the process & numbers to everyone's satisfaction. We couldn't recommend them enough.

We bought another Toyota. The purchase and trade-in deals were fair and easy to negotiate; the information we were told about our 2nd car was accurate; the sales and service areas are vibrant, clean and friendly. We worked with Jeff Hershman again in Sales. He's a great guy. He answered questions promptly and clearly without applying too much sales pressure. George Ferrier, Finance Manager, handled the paper work quickly, gracefully, and expertly. We were out of there in a couple of hours, driving home in a great car. The cars are great and the folks @ Putnam are trustworthy. That's kind of amazing in this day and age. We highly recommend this dealership.

one of the worst things about going to a dealer is the sales people, the high pressure and sales staff trying to get you into the office to pressure you into buying a vehicle!! Well it was quite different when I stepped into the showroom at Putnam Toyota!! The salesman (Mr. Abdul Asalati) was very friendly and helpful and tried to answer my questions and my request for an offer to buy a hybrid highlander. he didnt drag me into the office to try and tag team me into doing something I was not comfortable with. It was a very low pressure and a very pleasant experience all the way into the finance office! The finance manager Mr. Michael Dobres was very informative and also not very high pressure to buy all the extra marked up options. I did leave with the extended warranty for the all new 2014 Highlander. Overall this experience was second to none. I will refer all my friends to the Putnam group and buy all my future Toyotas at Putnam Burlingame!!! A very satisfied and picky customer. STEVE W.

Jeff Hershman is excellent! We just got our new Scion xD this afternoon. We first spoke to Jeff last week, but wanted time to think it over and look at other cars. Jeff put no pressure on us, but stayed in touch and answered all our questions. We especially appreciated the respect he showed us and his professional manner in working with us, which is a rare thing with car salespeople these days. All in all, this was an extremely pleasant experience!
