Jeff Hershman from Putnam Toyota was wonderful! We were shopping for a Prius V2 and Jeff gave us his lowest price from the get-go. We phoned around to other dealerships who tried to upsell us into a V3, or a different color/make/model. Other dealerships offered higher prices, then "agreed" to be talked down to Jeffs, but we went with who gave us the best price first. We were also in a rush, and Jeff/ the service team at Putnam Toyota expedited the buying experience so we were in and out in a jiffy. Thanks guys! We love the new car!

I bought my 2013 Toyota Corolla in January 2013. My old car was nearly a goner and I put complete faith and trust in Internet/Fleet Manager Eric Brooks. He did not steer me wrong. He suggested the perfect vehicle for my need and my budget. Not only was he professional and kind, but not once did I feel pressured to commit. Just recently I took my car in for a maintenance check and the folks there were very friendly as well. The two most important things to me are great customer service and a clean facility. I rank Putnam Toyota very high in these two categories. I'm locked in as a customer now and will be referring my friends and colleagues to Mr. Brooks and the wonderful people over at Putnam Toyota of Burlingame.

I bought from the certified lot and met Jamal. Great experience -- I told him what I saw on the website, he showed me, and a couple other similar ones. He was helpful with lots of information and no pressure, so I felt comfortable buying here. Even better, next day we came for a test drive and right after, he stood 30 feet away to give us time to discuss it privately amongst ourselves. He was totally ok with us walking to another lot to compare, because everything was up to us. That degree of non-pushiness, I really liked and earned my trust. But then, if there was anything to do for us or information, he was enthusiastic and quick in helping us. We were done in one afternoon, all thanks to Jamal who made the whole presentation - test drive - purchasing process so smooth, efficient, and easy. I had a concern about something a week later, and he had the same attitude of customer first, my satisfaction was the most important thing. The service department rechecked it, and their front desk was very polite and efficient.

I went in for my regular service (oil change etc.) and was greeted and helped my Matt Sammut. As a representative for Putnam Toyota Burlingame, he provided clear and concise information about another possibility that would be advantageous to me and the upkeep of my car. As Matt went through the possibilities he was friendly and professional. I took the deal and am glad I did as top notch service from beginning to end was offered. I bought my car from here and have always had my needed service there. Every time it has been top notched! Thank you Putnam Toyota!

The check engine light came on in my 12-month-old Sienna. I looked for a local dealer service department that had an opening right away, since I didn't know if the car was safe to drive without knowing what was wrong. Putnam had an opening the next morning. I showed up at my appointment time and was taken care of right away by a very nice service department representative named Matt. I said they might as well do my 15,000 mile service while I was there, since it's free. I had three of my kids with me, and he understood that it was stressful for me to be waiting around and promised to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. He came to find me about an hour later. He said they were almost done with the 15,000 mile service and that something was wrong with my fuel/air ratio sensor, which is why the check engine light was on. It needed to be replaced, but they didn't have the part. They had already checked with other local dealerships and no one had one, so they would order it and it would be there the next morning. He assured me the car was safe to drive, but it would just use more gas than usual until they replaced the part. He said they'd make sure it was covered under warranty for me and that I could come back first thing the next morning or whenever was convenient for me. He said it shouldn't take more than an hour and a half to two hours and I'd be on my way. We set up an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. I arrived at 9:30. He was ready for me. I was done and on my way at 11:00 exactly, as promised. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The waiting area is small but well maintained and clean. They have free bagels and pastries, coffee, tea, and water, as well as vending machines for soda and snacks. There's a small area with a Lego table for kids (my kids loved it!). All-in-all, I feel that Putnam Toyota's service department is everything I would hope for. I have had bad experiences with poorly run service departments, ones that are too busy or lie about how much time things will take, and Putnam was nothing like that. They were great. I'll be back in 6 months for my next service, for sure!

Putnam Toyota does it right. No stress, no hassle all around well run service department. I usually drop my car off and catch the train. They have always made sure that I am done and ready to go with enough time to catch it. When I come home my car is done and ready to go. Courteous, Friendly and efficient
