Get my Sienna serviced there today. This is my first time in this dealership and I was extremely impressed by the service. I had an online appointment for routine service. The website is fairly easy to navigate (comparing to BMW's website) . As soon as I drove in the service station, I was immediately greeted warmly by a staff member, which I have never experienced from other Toyota dealers and I had three toyota's. He noticed a screeching noise from the engine and he asked the service person inside to have it checked out. I had this problem for several years and the other Toyota dealer told me there is nothing wrong with the car and can't fix it. So I kinda live with the noise for several years! They fixed it! and without charge -- just had to tighten up some belt. The service was really quick as well. The waiting area at the service department is super nice, just a hint: they use real ceramic coffee cups instead of disposable ones and a sophisticated coffee maker! it is very very roomy, has a separate room for computer with free WiFi. it is better than the Mercedes and BMW service dept that I have used in the past five years. It is on par with the Lexus service I used in Redwood City. Overall, I give Putnum Toyota service the highest rating I can give. They have my respect and I recommend them whole heartedly.

My wife and I purchased our vehicle with the help of Jeff and Victor. They provided top notch service, excellent information, and no frills/bs during our time at Putnam. Most importantly, Putnam gave us the most competitive price offered within the whole Bay Area. Though I was nodding off while I was signing all the paperwork, Victor hung in there with a great attitude - much respect to him. Jeff and Victor even stayed after hours so my wife can purchase the vehicle she wants that same day. After signing all the paperwork it's quite late; still, Victor gave my wife a thorough delivery of how everything works (especially Entune) before he sent us on our merry way. We will definitely recommend anyone purchasing a Toyota to buy from these two gentlemen.
Matt saved my day today! I was told by another dealership that my hybrid battery for my Prius was bad and it would cost me A LOT of money to replace. I called and talked to Matt in the service department in Burlingame for a second opinion and he checked my warranty to inform me that I would be able to get this replaced FREE OF CHARGE! I did call back the other dealership and they are going to replace it for free also but I just want to give special mention to Matt for helping me out. He was very sincere in assisting me knowing how stressed I was about having to pay so much money! Thank you Matt! And thank you warranties! Next time I have any issues with my car I will take it straight to Burlingame Toyota instead :) Shelly
