My wife and I just purchased a beautiful nautical blue Toyota Prius 4 with the Solar Roof Package from Putnam Toyota. Abdul Asalati, the salesperson who helped us make this decision was super helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and fun, as he helped us navigate through our decision making process and make the final purchase. Abdul not only did an admirable job with selling the value of the car to us, he also collaborated with us as a true partner in helping us decide on the car that we wanted and needed. The entire process, from start to finish was very smooth without any hiccups and took less than a couple of hours to finish. I'd be glad to refer any of my friends and family to Abdul in the near future. Additionally, Mike from the finance office at Putnam Toyota did a really great job helping us close the deal, and stayed way past office hours to make sure that all our questions and concerns were answered satisfactorily, and the deal was closed without any concerns on either side. All said, a very impressive and fun buying experience.
Brought my car here for a check up, and could not be more please with the customer service! Matt S was extremely polite and helpful dealing with all my questioning. It felt like he genuinely valued me as a customer. They had a nice little refreshment area with coffee and pastries. It seemed fairly busy, but they got all the work done quickly and efficiently. It was quite refreshing to finally go somewhere where i felt that not only was my dollar valued, but i was treated as if i was family. I recently bought a Toyota Sienna and the overall experience was great. My initial point of contact was James, he was very responsive and kept in touch with me regarding my appointment. He was also accommodating when I had to reschedule. I worked with Moe in the sales department and his approach made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made a good choice. Mike Dobres, the finance manager, was incredible. He took care of me and stayed late, after they were closed to make sure all my paperwork was in order. Mike is a true professional and it's obvious he cares about his customers. James also stayed late to show me some features in my new car, he didn't have to but he did and I really appreciated the extra effort. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a car.
They say that the 2 most hated professions in the world are car salesmen and attorneys. So, you may say that's why my husband and I (both attorneys) were able to connect so well with Jeff H., internet Fleet Manager of Putnam Toyota. However, I think my 100% positive experience at this location can be attributed solely to Jeff H. When we arrived at the dealership this past Saturday, we had no intentions of driving out with a new Prius. Yes, my husband spent hours into research and we were well informed consumers, but we were just going in to take a test drive. But Jeff's personal touch turned our test drive into a new car purchase. First and foremost, he was so friendly and down to earth. He answered all of our questions and offered helpful advice from his own experience as a long-time driver of a Prius. Second, he made the sales experience feel like a conversation between friends rather than employing the usual sales tactics or pressure to get us to buy. While we waited for our financing paperwork to be completed, he regaled us with anecdotes about his extensive concert experiences. The 4 hours we spent at the dealership felt like minutes! We felt that Jeff H. treated us fairly and with respect and the entire experience was 100% positive. I highly recommend Jeff H. if you are in the market for a Toyota.
