I would highly recommend Putnam Toyota service department. Every time I go there, everyone is so professional and helpful. I was blown away the other day when I had to replace my tail light. I was so worried that I would not know how to replace the light. The nice gentleman, said no worries, and replace the light with out a charge! Woo hoo, I was really impressed! Now that's fantastic customer service!

I normally wouldn't review a car dealership because I mostly find them all the same, but my experience at Putnam Toyota in Burlingame was so good that I need to tell the world about it. First off, they have a very easy and intuitive online interface to book your appointment. You enter your car info (model, year, reason for service, etc) and it pairs you up with a mechanic who is knowledgeable about that car ahead of time. You can select an appointment day and time, and my pro-tip is to book an early morning slot. I sucked it up and took a 7:15am slot on a workday and was out by 9:15. They are also less likely to be running late if you arrive as early as you can. Plus, they even have free breakfast snacks for you while you wait! There was a coffee machine along with various small snacks like danishes, scones, and muffins. I've never seen a car dealership with these amenities and my early-morning tired hungry self fell in love. Fantastic experience.

This review is for the Putnam Toyota service department, specifically our service writer Matt. I brought my 07 Prius in for service and he was just fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced for all the recommended items that are needed for my high mileage. He was very polite and detailed when explaining all the procedures that they were going to perform on my car, he answered all my questions with a smile and just made this a first rate experience. All the service staff here is polite and friendly as well, the waiting lounge is very nice and well equipped with pastries and great coffee too! Thank you Matt from Putnam Toyota!

We recently bought a Rav4 at Putnam Toyota with the help of Jeff Hershman. If you're under the impression that purchasing a car means having to deal with pushy salespeople, you'll be pleasantly surprised when you meet Jeff. He was helpful, patient, and actually made the experience quite enjoyable. If you're in the market for a car I would strongly recommend that you stop by Putnam Toyota and ask for Jeff. Good luck!
