I had a great experience buying my 2014 Prius C at Putnam Toyota! The whole experience was easy cheesy. Sincerely. My internet sales manager, Jeff Hershman, was easy-going and pleasurable to talk to and the financial manager, Michael Dobres, made all the financial matters easy to understand and painless. I had a fantastic experience and a outstanding buy at this dealership! I recommend everyone go to Putnam Toyota to buy the best car on the road!

I just bought a used car from James. It was a manual tranny and I stalled about 10 times (since its been a while since I drive stick). James was patient and not pushy at all. He worked with me on the price as well.

My family and I have been Putnam Toyota customers since way back when. I just recently bought a 2015 RAV4 and have never been more pleased or thrilled. This time I was helped by ERIC BROOKS, Internet Fleet Manager. He is extremely personable and not like the typical salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He was very helpful, not at all pushy and made sure that all my questions and any concerns were answered. Since it was a busy Monday, he would continuously check on me while I was waiting during the lengthy purchase process. Even though he was busy, he took the time to thoroughly go over the various bells and whistles on the RAV4 and made sure to let me know that if I had any further questions or issues to contact him or stop by to see him. I HIGHLY recommend Putnam Toyota and ERIC BROOKS!!!!!! Their service department is also AWESOME and have always treated my family and I very well!!!!

I have never had a better experience than at Putnam Toyota in Burlingame. Eric Brooks was so great. We just felt 100% comfortable from start to finish. The Sales Manager Andrey Kamenetsky seems like a great guy and the team all seem very happy to work with him. We leased a Prius C and as long as I want a Toyota, I will go to this dealership!

I came back last September to trade in our aged Sequoia on something a little less ridiculous. I had my eyes on a 2014 Prius V level 2, and Jeff set us up with an even nicer one than I had planned on for a price that worked for me. Leaving the Sequoia was a painless endeavor, and now I get to drive a seriously nice car while spending around 1/4 the cost on fuel. A side benefit is not having to stop for fuel every 2-3 days. The transaction was quick and easy and super convenient for me time-wise. Now that we have a Corolla and a Prius, we probably won't need another new car for a long time - but when we do, we will come back to Putnam and ask for Jeff Hershman.
