My family and I have been Putnam Toyota customers since way back when. I just recently bought a 2015 RAV4 and have never been more pleased or thrilled. This time I was helped by ERIC BROOKS, Internet Fleet Manager. He is extremely personable and not like the typical salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He was very helpful, not at all pushy and made sure that all my questions and any concerns were answered. Since it was a busy Monday, he would continuously check on me while I was waiting during the lengthy purchase process. Even though he was busy, he took the time to thoroughly go over the various bells and whistles on the RAV4 and made sure to let me know that if I had any further questions or issues to contact him or stop by to see him. I HIGHLY recommend Putnam Toyota and ERIC BROOKS!!!!!! Their service department is also AWESOME and have always treated my family and I very well!!!!
