I worked with James to purchase a Used car for a full day on figuring out which car I wanted to get. I'm a fairly particular person when it comes to buying cars and making decisions. James stuck with me through every single question, process, and made my buying experience unforgettable. Their staff was accommodating and very helpful with all my questions. I highly recommend buying from there, whether it is a used or a new car!

When I came to Putnam Toyota looking for a new car, Abdul Asalati was very straightforward and wasted no time to help me find what I needed. Their staff know their stuff, they're very well mannered and friendly fellows. Putnam also has the largest inventory of cars I've seen in the Bay Area, so you're bound to find the right car for you when you visit. Wednesday, I was looking for a Prius and Abdul pointed me the right way. Friday, I returned to fill out and sign the paperwork and I was soon rolling in my new car. Their staff are great gentlemen who've been working there for over 10 years. They went over everything I needed to know and offered everything they could from table refreshments to extended warranty plans and other aftermarket options, which I turned down, but it's good to know they have it all available.

I bring my car here for service and so far, they seem to do a great job with what i need. There's one guy there though, Ray (I think), who always seems to be in a rush when I have questions about my car. When I first started going there, someone there told me he was the best person to ask about stuff, but every time I'd try to talk to him, he'd pass off my issues/questions to someone else. Needless to say, i stopped looking for him and asking him anything. Everyone else seems attentive though.

Ryan was great about keeping me informed when there was a computer glitch impacting my appointment. When the delay dragged on, he made it easy to get a loaner car and I experienced minimal disruption. Customer service matters. Thanks.

After being treated like an idiot at Melody Toyota in San Bruno, I decided to go back to Putnam, where I'd bought a few cars years ago. So happy I did! What a difference in treatment, straightforwardness, and service. I leased a new Prius from Nori Bati, and was well taken care of by the finance guy, Mike. I recommend them if you're in the market for a Toyota or any of the other cars that Putnam sells.

Not a fan of car dealers generally. However the experience at Putnam with Jeff Hershman was great. I had a bad experience at another Toyota dealer and decided to check yelp. Jeff had great reviews so I contacted him on email. He is the internet and fleet salesman. Easiest purchase. He found the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Changed a factory order to get the options I wanted and had the car here in a couple of weeks. I could have had one that day but I wanted specific options/color. Transaction was seamless and professional. I would recommend if you are in the market for a Toyota contacting Jeff unless of course you want to deal with the typical car sales guy.
