Update 03/14/2015 At around the end of Jan 2015, I received a call from Putnam Toyota to let me know that the part missing for the break valve recall was in and that I could schedule a new appointment to get it fixed. I was surprised and satisfied that they called me to let me know - sometimes you just completely forget about these things. I scheduled the appointment for a day that I would actually be traveling for work and my husband was going to take the car in for me. 2 weeks before the appointment, Joe Manning, customer manager at Putnam Toyota, called me to appologize for the issue I had with them the first time I scheduled the recall service and offered to pick up and drop off my car at a convenient location for me. Since my work travel had been cancelled, this was huge and they actually agreed to come all the way from Burlingame to South San Francisco, where I work, to pick up the car. They were punctual, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate businesses that values customer feedback and work hard to make sure they are satisfied with the service they provide. Joe Manning was very efficient, persuasive and professional and I congratulate Putnam Toyota for having someone taking this as serious as he is. Disclaimer: Joe Manning did ask me to update this review. This was long overdue and I intended to do it anyways.

We had a great experience this past weekend at Burlingame Putnam Burlingame. We worked with Jeff Hershman on selecting the right Tacoma for my husband. He was very informative when we were looking at what they had to offer and he and Andre works with us on the negotiations. We also worked with David Proctor in finance and the whole process was an easy and enjoyable one. This was the 6th Toyota we have purchased from this dealership and we will definitely be back.

Purchased my second toy here at Putnam Toyota and had an excellent 2nd experience. Victor, don't remember his last name provided me with everything I needed on the first time about 2 years ago and had to come back and make a new deal on a new car again and experience was great again. If anyone is looking for to buy a new car you must ask for Victor and you will not be in good hands but in the hand of a real friend, and real friend are nothing but honest and care about you. Excellent staff at Putnam Toyota Burlingame.. A place to go shopping for a new car and make trustworthy friends that are there for you.

Our sales man was Nader and he was great. He helped us with the sales in a professional way and with no haggling. It was my first time buying a car with out the uncomfortable feeling with our sales person. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and helped us with the bluetooth, 4 wheel drive and all other technical aspects of our 4 runner Trail Premium addition. We will definitely be getting our next vehicle from Putnam Toyota.
