Update 03/14/2015 At around the end of Jan 2015, I received a call from Putnam Toyota to let me know that the part missing for the break valve recall was in and that I could schedule a new appointment to get it fixed. I was surprised and satisfied that they called me to let me know - sometimes you just completely forget about these things. I scheduled the appointment for a day that I would actually be traveling for work and my husband was going to take the car in for me. 2 weeks before the appointment, Joe Manning, customer manager at Putnam Toyota, called me to appologize for the issue I had with them the first time I scheduled the recall service and offered to pick up and drop off my car at a convenient location for me. Since my work travel had been cancelled, this was huge and they actually agreed to come all the way from Burlingame to South San Francisco, where I work, to pick up the car. They were punctual, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate businesses that values customer feedback and work hard to make sure they are satisfied with the service they provide. Joe Manning was very efficient, persuasive and professional and I congratulate Putnam Toyota for having someone taking this as serious as he is. Disclaimer: Joe Manning did ask me to update this review. This was long overdue and I intended to do it anyways.
