Bought our Scion here. The whole experience was great and different from the last time I bought a car from a dealer, in a good way. The good thing about Scion is you pay the sticker price, no guessing what the good price is. The bad thing is you pay the sticker price, so no room for negotiation. Victor C has been extremely attentive and helpful with our test drive, answering the questions about the car, and the features that we get and that we don't, helping to complete the sale, and following up on the accessories that we were interested in. Michael D provided me with everything I needed to finance the purchase with my credit union.

I am taking the time to write this review about my recent visit to Putnam Toyota because I feel that it is definitely worth writing it and because I want others interested in buying a vehicle to consider visiting them. Tuesday, October 21 my brother and I went looking for a 2014 Sienna and the sales person that assisted us since I first called to ask for the vehicle was Gudi Sandoval; once we got there after about an hour of driving he was very patient and took the time to show us the vehicle and test drive it. After we decided that we liked it, we went inside for the negotiation. I have a bit of experience in the process of buying cars since in the last twelve years I have bought two nissan sentras, one ford Taurus, two Tacomas, one audi, one altima and two camry. I have to admit that Gudi was very patient, honest, professional, but what i really liked and apreciated was that he never tryed to push us during the process. After we agreed to a final price, the rest is just paperwork and a bunch of signatures. Read the papers, read the contract and sign. I would recommend anybody interested in buying a vehicle to visit Gudi Sandoval at Putnam for an easy car buying experience. I will keep them in mind when the Third Generation Tacomas come out in 2015. Thank You.

I had a great experience at Putnam Toyota.. Eric Brooks (Internet Sales Mgr) was responsive to many emails and I decided to go to the dealership to test drive some vehicles. I met with Eric, who is very personable and patient btw. He answered all of my questions and made recommendations based on my needs without any sales pitches or pressure. I purchased a 4Runner at a great price and highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased my 2011 Nissan Leaf that I found online at Putnam. Gudi Sandoval was kind, helpful and took the time to explain all the details of the car. The initial email interaction was professional which is why I went to him to purchase the car. He followed up afterwards to see if all was going well with the car. Should I have to purchase another car in the future, I am definitely coming back. Thanks Gudi!

Finally have time to put my review. I was here three weeks ago for my Scion tC's 10,000 miles maintenance. Thanks for Matt, I got everything checked perfectly. Tires are switched, oil got changed, and it's super clean when I pick it up after work. Matt even provided me good suggestions about fog light installation, I think I'll visit here again soon.

I can't believe it has been almost a year since I bought my new Prius. This was my fourth one in 13 years....there was always a good reason to change...long story, and it was definitely my best experience buying from Putnam. I contacted several dealers as I knew that the car I wanted was not easily found. On Craigslist, I found the internet fleet manager, Jeff Hershman, at Putnam. He was warm and friendly and it did not just feel like a salesman act. He even made us a Grateful Dead mix CD after we purchased. He is genuinely a friendly person. I am sure of that because we became Facebook friends and I see how he talks to people. We have stayed in touch. I have brought my car back to Putnam for regular service and people are always helpful. They have a great customer lounge and even an excellent coffee machine where I can get a latte or cappuccino. As a committed environmentalist, I appreciate that they offer ceramic cups rather than styrofoam. Two days ago we stopped by to see Jeff Hershman and then made a quick stop at the service department to ask a question about a problem one of the members of our community was having with his Prius, and they generously shared the solution with us.
