I recently bought a Toyota Sienna and the overall experience was great. My initial point of contact was James, he was very responsive and kept in touch with me regarding my appointment. He was also accommodating when I had to reschedule. I worked with Moe in the sales department and his approach made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made a good choice. Mike Dobres, the finance manager, was incredible. He took care of me and stayed late, after they were closed to make sure all my paperwork was in order. Mike is a true professional and it's obvious he cares about his customers. James also stayed late to show me some features in my new car, he didn't have to but he did and I really appreciated the extra effort. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a car.
