Brought my car here for a check up, and could not be more please with the customer service! Matt S was extremely polite and helpful dealing with all my questioning. It felt like he genuinely valued me as a customer. They had a nice little refreshment area with coffee and pastries. It seemed fairly busy, but they got all the work done quickly and efficiently. It was quite refreshing to finally go somewhere where i felt that not only was my dollar valued, but i was treated as if i was family. Thank you Matt and Putnam Toyota for finally making my car problems not be so stressful!
