I was excited about finally getting my Prius but not too excited about the car shopping/buying process. I went online and was contacted by several local dealers but Jeff Hershman, Internet and Fleet Manager really listened to what I was looking for and his follow up was better than any other dealer. I could have played the get the best deal game and have the salesperson go back and forth with finance but I didn't have to do that this time around. Jeff gave me a great price, didn't beat around the bush and treated my boyfriend and I as more than a sale. The last time I purchased a car it was so stressful I broke out in hives! This time I was nothing but smiles. I love my Prius and want to thank Jeff Hershman and the entire Putnam Toyota team for a fabulous experience!
