I have a new 2016 sienna and am still a Happy camper! Same staff- Same great service!
My first time here so starting with 4 stars but I think this could go higher. Putnam Toyota is one of those auto dealerships that restores your faith in auto dealerships. I went in for some work on my Toyota and Matt was the guy I dealt with. He was professional, up-front, clear, honest and overall just a really nice person to deal with. Turns out that no work was needed and I was warned up front that there would be a charge to assess the issue. If it was covered under warranty I wouldn't have to pay for it. If not, or there was nothing to be done, I, of course would have to. Since the assessment turned up nothing I was expecting to pay for it but since it was my first time there they waived the fee. WOW! They totally just bought my ongoing business with them. Oh did I mention that the waiting area was clean, comfortable and stocked with an insane amount of pastries and other snacks? Oh and a hint for those that commute by train to the city (and therefore rarely use their cars) from the Peninsula. Drive your car to Putnam early in the morning to be looked at, pick up the CalTrain just 2 blocks away from the dealership and then train back at night, grab your car and go. Very convenient. Thanks Matt!
Great dealership and amazing staff specifically Mr. Nader Meyssami, with out his help, knowledge and patience my wife and I would be still looking for a car ! Great job thank you
I was in need of purchasing a vehicle due to a car accident. Living in Concord, I drove all the way to Burlingame to check out some Fords down the road. On my way, I found a Ford at Putnam Toyota that was just down the road! John was very helpful and friendly from my first email and phone call. Worked with me on the price and made the process as easy and comfortable as possible- and he is still available for any questions I have, and I bought the car 3 weeks ago!
I just had a first-rate experience with Putnam and their sales person Jeff Hershman. They were competitive with both Costco and Truecar pricing so, with all the resources on the Internet, I know I got a fair price on a new Prius Two Eco. No pressure from the finance guy to buy the extended warranty or extended service contract and, since he negotiated a little, I bought both. About 30K out the door for a safe, reliable car that I got 63 MPG in yesterday. Not bad!!!
I just leased a Corolla 2016 from there. Thanks Abdul for all your help to get this done. You deserve the 5-stars rating!
