I was in need of purchasing a vehicle due to a car accident. Living in Concord, I drove all the way to Burlingame to check out some Fords down the road. On my way, I found a Ford at Putnam Toyota that was just down the road! John was very helpful and friendly from my first email and phone call. Worked with me on the price and made the process as easy and comfortable as possible- and he is still available for any questions I have, and I bought the car 3 weeks ago!
