We recently purchased a Prius v from Victor Contreras at Putnam Toyota in Burlingame. Victor was very sincere and a delight to work with. He went out of his way to get the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He listened to our requests. I will go to Putnam Toyota again to buy a car and of course I'll be buying my next car from Victor Contreras.

Friendly and professional service, matter-of-fact consulting, and no pushing are the recipe for complete satisfaction with car dealership. I found everything here. Shannon Warner helped me to find what I was looking for and to meet my budget limits (leased Toyota Corolla 2016). Highly recommended place and the agent!

The last time I bought a Tacoma was 14 years ago and I wasn't looking forward to the process of purchasing another because all I remember were the immature, unsophisticated, and high pressure sales people as well as the dreaded "dealer mark-up" blatantly added to the sticker price and feared that I would repeat this bad experience. Well, what a shock when I saw the new truck I was looking for in the Putnam Toyota Burlingame lot and took a chance and gave them a call. Jeff Hershman, the internet and fleet sales manager, was truly a nice person and a pleasure to deal with. I received the sales service I had only wished for prior to my purchase with absolutely no repeat of my experience 14 years ago. I am pleased with my truck and the deal I received and frankly it was a pleasure doing business with Jeff, Michael Dobres (the finance mgr) and Putnam Toyota.

I have been to the service center twice now and couldn't have been more impressed! Efficient and friendly people, beautiful waiting area with fresh pastries and coffee, lots of good magazines to read, and comfortable seating in a spacious room. This place is fantastic! I went to the service center in Sunnyvale and it was horrible! I just bought my Prius and thought all of the Toyota service centers would be the same. Don't make the mistake of going to the Sunnyvale service center it was a disaster. The contrast between the Burlingame one and Sunnyvale one is night and day. Fantastic job and kudos to all of the staff. Thank you for such a great experience!

I was searching for a affordable vehicle for myself and my family. I found some good deal on vehicle on their website, also I had read the good review about the Putnam Toyota on Yelp.Therefore, my husband and I decided to stopped by. Jeff Hershman is very helpful and paid attention to what we need. He showed us multiple vehicles that fit our need. And the process to trade in my old vehicle and purchase my new Camry was clear and simple. All paperwork was well prepare ahead therefore the process was very smooth. If you want to go shopping for your new vehicle, used vehicle or trade in, I highly recommend Jeff. I am very happy with my new Camry that I purchased. Thank you so much, Jeff.

On Father's Day, after an awesome lunch with my dad, he decides that he wants to check out the new 2016 Toyota Sienna. I Googled the nearest dealership and drove straight to Putnam Toyota with our family. We were promptly greeted by Abdul Asalati, the sales representative here and he was very warm and welcoming to my family. Even though my parents did not speak a word of English, Abdul treated them with respect, professionalism and was extremely genuine to my whole family. We were specifically looking for a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE and Abdul immediately took us to the lot and showed us all the available Sienna XLEs and in no time, we were in a brand new Sienna for a test drive. My dad test drove it, I test drove it and we both thought it was a great car and decided to get it! This is usually the part I hate the most whenever buying a new car, negotiating. Abdul made it quick and easy and didn't play any games with us. We got the price we wanted with $0 down and 0% APR, the most painless experience I've ever had. The Sienna was brand spanking new with just 1 mile on the ODO and we felt like we walked out with a great price! Abdul didn't waste any time and was to the point and that's what I love about him. While the paperwork was being drafted, Abdul helped me schedule my first maintenance and showed me how easy it was to do it online and reschedule it if I have to. Lastly, after our new car was detailed and filled with gas, Abdul offered to help my dad sync his iPhone to the Sienna and took family pictures with us in front of our new ride! Dad was a happy camper! Then we went and got ice cream! Please ask for Abdul, he has exceptional customer service and I highly recommend working with him!
