On Father's Day, after an awesome lunch with my dad, he decides that he wants to check out the new 2016 Toyota Sienna. I Googled the nearest dealership and drove straight to Putnam Toyota with our family. We were promptly greeted by Abdul Asalati, the sales representative here and he was very warm and welcoming to my family. Even though my parents did not speak a word of English, Abdul treated them with respect, professionalism and was extremely genuine to my whole family. We were specifically looking for a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE and Abdul immediately took us to the lot and showed us all the available Sienna XLEs and in no time, we were in a brand new Sienna for a test drive. My dad test drove it, I test drove it and we both thought it was a great car and decided to get it! This is usually the part I hate the most whenever buying a new car, negotiating. Abdul made it quick and easy and didn't play any games with us. We got the price we wanted with $0 down and 0% APR, the most painless experience I've ever had. The Sienna was brand spanking new with just 1 mile on the ODO and we felt like we walked out with a great price! Abdul didn't waste any time and was to the point and that's what I love about him. While the paperwork was being drafted, Abdul helped me schedule my first maintenance and showed me how easy it was to do it online and reschedule it if I have to. Lastly, after our new car was detailed and filled with gas, Abdul offered to help my dad sync his iPhone to the Sienna and took family pictures with us in front of our new ride! Dad was a happy camper! Then we went and got ice cream! Please ask for Abdul, he has exceptional customer service and I highly recommend working with him!
