Excellent service! I had a awesome experience with Abdul Asalati at Putnam Toyota. We bought our car 2016 Toyota Sienna yesterday but just picked it up today. Abdul made my first buy a new car very pleasant experience. He was very detail-oriented, explaining the different features of my new car, making sure I was well informed. He also offered to schedule my first service for me. Will definitely recommend Putnam Toyota in Burlingame to family, friends and others. My wife and I just picked up our 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited at Putnam. Our salesman was Shannon Warner and he was such a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated Shannon's friendly and no-pressure approach. He knows all of the technical and fine details of Toyotas. He gave us great suggestions without being pushy. He always looked after our best interests. The RAV4 Hybrids were in extreme short supply. He kept us up-to-date with what little local inventory was available. We ended up having to order ours from Japan, and it took about 10 weeks. That's 10 weeks of me pestering Shannon for weekly updates. I am a fanatic for details. And Shannon was always super responsive. We were downsizing from a Acura MDX so we knew trunk space would be an issue when we have to pack up the RAV4 for vacations. During the 10-week wait period, I decided to purchase a Yakima roof cargo box. But there were so many different cargo box sizes with varying dimensions to choose from. To make sure the box would fit the roof rails and not obstruct the opening of the tailgate, I emailed Shannon and asked if he could take some roof measurements for me with the tailgate opened. Within a few minutes, Shannon replied back and said he could get me the measurements within an hour. That is the service you can expect from Shannon!! This was our second Toyota from Putnam. We bought a Prius Plug-In back in 2012. So we know the Service Department is excellent also. We highly recommend Putnam Toyota, and be sure to ask for Shannon Warner.

Good service

Darren is a very pleasant salesperson to work with. He made the process of buying my new car smooth and quick. My car was scheduled to arrive in two days but Darren and his team stayed late that same night to find a car the next day. The customer service I received was and is phenomenal and I encourage anyone to come and buy a car from this dealership.

Putnam was the only dealership that had the exact Tacoma I was looking for. Going in a late Saturday evening I was not expecting to walk out with the car and was ready to defend myself against pushy sales people and people with half baked knowledge about the brand new model (had been out less than a week).Darren Yu happened to be my sales contact and he was really knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He worked very hard to make the deal happen and I walked out with almost a sale (there was a technical glitch) that night. The next day he followed up after fixing the problem and we sealed the deal. When I showed up at the dealership, the car was all prepped and ready to go. The finance manager (unfortunately I forget his name) was a really nice person. Offered me the add on products but did not push me to any uncomfortable level. Very quick and personal. No hidden fees or last minute nasty surprises.Darren called me up a few days later to ensure I was happy with my purchase and helped me setup a service appointment to deal with a warranty issue. People like Darren make new car buying a pleasure (except on the bank account LOL).Mr. Putnam, with people like these you have a great team. Keep up the good work!
