When I walked into the dealership, I felt lost in a sea of different makes and models. I was greeted by Darren Yu, made me feel at ease with the difficult task of buying a brand new car. He took the time to explain all the functions of different models, very patient when we were trying to choose the color of the car, and made sure that he answered every querry that I had. A lot of times we feel streessful when shopping at other car dealer, we never once felt that at Putnam Toyota with Darren. Overall, it was a very pleasant purchasing experience with a very professional sales person. Darren was extremly patient and knowledgable about all products. Being new to the US & the leasing process, we got a bit of run around from other Toyota dealers in the bay area. We then went to Putnam Toyota and Darren was the sales professional assigned to us. He answered all our questions, gave us the relevant information and gave us enough time to make our decision without trying to push us unlike the other sales persons we interacted with.Once we made our choice to go ahead with the leasing, he was with us until we sealed the deal, helping us with the documentation and even the insurance. Though it look ages for us to finish up the process, he was very patient, and courteous. He did everything he could to make the process easy and hassle-free. He also followed up a couple of days afterwards to check if we had any further questions and if we were happy with the car. Needless to say we were thrilled with the customer service provided by Darren and would recommend our friends to go to Putnam.

Putnam Toyota store is a great! When I plan to buy Tacoma, I ask the salesman who offers great service to me. He called Derren. I visit the store twice for know more about the car. He spent more patient to explain and offer some advice to me that make me how to choose which package and ftype of Tacoma more suitable for me. he explained to me patiently whether about payments or function of the car. So, I really appreciate.
