My wife and I just picked up our 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited at Putnam. Our salesman was Shannon Warner and he was such a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated Shannon's friendly and no-pressure approach. He knows all of the technical and fine details of Toyotas. He gave us great suggestions without being pushy. He always looked after our best interests. The RAV4 Hybrids were in extreme short supply. He kept us up-to-date with what little local inventory was available. We ended up having to order ours from Japan, and it took about 10 weeks. That's 10 weeks of me pestering Shannon for weekly updates. I am a fanatic for details. And Shannon was always super responsive. We were downsizing from a Acura MDX so we knew trunk space would be an issue when we have to pack up the RAV4 for vacations. During the 10-week wait period, I decided to purchase a Yakima roof cargo box. But there were so many different cargo box sizes with varying dimensions to choose from. To make sure the box would fit the roof rails and not obstruct the opening of the tailgate, I emailed Shannon and asked if he could take some roof measurements for me with the tailgate opened. Within a few minutes, Shannon replied back and said he could get me the measurements within an hour. That is the service you can expect from Shannon!! This was our second Toyota from Putnam. We bought a Prius Plug-In back in 2012. So we know the Service Department is excellent also. We highly recommend Putnam Toyota, and be sure to ask for Shannon Warner.
