He made sure we were taken care of the entire day. He was knowledgable about the car and extremely nice. He was patient when we were not sure if we were ready to commit to a new car and kept providing us with honest information. We are so in love with our new 2021 Toyota Tacoma! I give Ali Ashrafi 5 stars for helping me buy my new RAV4 Hybrid. Ali replied promptly to the email I sent the dealership, and was thorough in providing me numbers and information on the model I was looking for. He met me on the lot on his day off, accompanied me on the test drive while pointing out the features, and was thorough in explaining the options and purchase process. I appreciated that he spent time further explaining the functionality of the car after I'd bought it. All-in-all, a positive experience.
Had a smooth and easy buying experience with Eric Brooks at Putnam Toyota. They've got a great selection of trucks and SUVs and Eric was super responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Best of all Eric is very transparent on pricing and you know what to expect before you even step foot in the dealership. We're super happy with our new truck!
I was very nerveous because it was my first time buying a car but, Jaime (salesperson) was very friendly and professional. Jaime was very clear when he was explaining paperwork, questions, and other details. This dealer is doing a great job because they try their best so you can get your dream car without problems. Driving from Sacramento to Burlingame was worth it. Great experience and a excellent customer service from Jaime. Highly recommend this Toyota Dealer.
Just got my new RAV4 hybrid and the buying process was really great. I emailed the dealership and Erick the internet sales manager got right back to me WITH the price of the car I was interested in, including the different packages. I was shopping around and no other Toyota dealership in the area would give me a solid quote in writing. The all wanted to talk on the phone or set up a test drive. Because of covid and that I had already driven the car before SIP I wasn't interested in going to a dealership unnecessarily so Erick got my business! Long story short, they didn't have the color I wanted and Erick got the exact car I wanted pretty much the next day! He called around and found the color and package I wanted and traded a car on Putnam lot for it. I went down and bought the car. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Pretty covid safe; lots of hand sanitizer around, everyone wore a mask and there is lots of plexiglass between you and the finance guy John. Still lots of signing paperwork and extras to hear about but all in all it was a really great experience. I would definitely recommend Putnam
