I give Ali Ashrafi 5 stars for helping me buy my new RAV4 Hybrid. Ali replied promptly to the email I sent the dealership, and was thorough in providing me numbers and information on the model I was looking for. He met me on the lot on his day off, accompanied me on the test drive while pointing out the features, and was thorough in explaining the options and purchase process. I appreciated that he spent time further explaining the functionality of the car after I'd bought it. All-in-all, a positive experience.
