Nice location, clean dealership, great parts guy, very helpful and hands on.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Putnam Toyota! The car shopping experience until I visited there was stressful to say the least. After spending all day bouncing around to different dealerships, we made one last stop at Putnam and found exactly what we were looking for! Not only did they have the exact car that I wanted (in a really cool color!) but the service with Joe was awesome. He was extremely knowledgable about the car and very efficient, I felt like he really cared that I was leaving with a vehicle I was happy with. I would recommend Putnam to anyone in the Bay Area looking to buy a car - and make sure to ask for Joe!

Went shopping labor day weekend and ended up at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto because they had the car I was looking for in stock but they we're extremely disrespectful and left after 10 minutes. Came to Putnam Toyota after that experience and Noli had great customer service. He did not try to pressure me into making a purchase which was a sigh of relief. Noli was attentive and listened to what kind of car I was looking for and even offered my family and I bottles of water due to the heat wave. Talked about pricing and what was out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Thanks Noli and Putnam!

Had an awesome experience with Eric Brooks, from the initial contact, to the communication and how cool he was. The process was smooth and the deal Eric was able to get for us was amazing. Next Toyota will be from Eric again. Thanks!
