We were visiting our Burlingame family from our home in Southern California when we discovered that the catalytic converter was stolen overnight from our 2006 Prius. We had our car towed to Putnam Toyota, the closest dealership to our Air BNB, after talking to Jesus Guerrero on the phone. He was everything you'd want in a Service Advisor: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with his time and expertise. Later that same day, when he called to tell us our car had been repaired (30 minutes earlier than promised), he made the strategic suggestion to leave the car overnight at Putnam, to make sure the thieves wouldn't get a second opportunity to make some easy money. Thanks, Jesus, and Putnam mechanics, for being there when we needed you!

Well, i purchased another toyota here! it was a no brainer. Shout out to Eric Brooks at Putnam again (bought a 2015 Tacoma five years ago from Putnam) for giving me a great deal and making the process quick, easy and painless. Looking forward to many years with my new Camry!

My boyfriend and I were helped by Jaime Renderos with our 2020 Corolla Hybrid purchase. He was wonderful. Not pushy and very respectful. He worked with us with pricing and didn't push for any gimmicks like others would. Best of all he made sure I left feeling safe to use all the features of my new car. Please ask for Jaime at Putnam the next time you are thinking of purchasing a car.

This review is based on my experience with Jesus in the Service Department. I brought my 2013 Highlander in for a usual service as my husband fired the Toyota dealership in San Bruno due to poor customer service. Trust me, I don't mind driving to Burlingame anyway, lol. When I returned a couple hours later, Jesus greeted me with a smile and told me he had looked into my car history (on his own) and saw that my back door had a warranty defect that was costly (they had to replace the ENTIRE back door) and would expire next week. Before I could even think about it, he said he had called the body shop, and they were actually able to take care of it for me and it would take a week. Again, before I could even think about it, Jesus quickly tells me he has a rental car for me to use at no extra cost. Phew!! When I went to pick up my car today, Jesus was there again, armed with his good energy, and proceeds to tell me they detailed my car AND replaced my battery in my key which wasn't working properly. As an essential worker and a mother of 2 school age kids, life has been less than smooth lately to say the least, and I can't thank you enough for the kindness and good service you provided me Jesus! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
