We were visiting our Burlingame family from our home in Southern California when we discovered that the catalytic converter was stolen overnight from our 2006 Prius. We had our car towed to Putnam Toyota, the closest dealership to our Air BNB, after talking to Jesus Guerrero on the phone. He was everything you'd want in a Service Advisor: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with his time and expertise. Later that same day, when he called to tell us our car had been repaired (30 minutes earlier than promised), he made the strategic suggestion to leave the car overnight at Putnam, to make sure the thieves wouldn't get a second opportunity to make some easy money.
