This review is based on my experience with Jesus in the Service Department. I brought my 2013 Highlander in for a usual service as my husband fired the Toyota dealership in San Bruno due to poor customer service. Trust me, I don't mind driving to Burlingame anyway, lol. When I returned a couple hours later, Jesus greeted me with a smile and told me he had looked into my car history (on his own) and saw that my back door had a warranty defect that was costly (they had to replace the ENTIRE back door) and would expire next week. Before I could even think about it, he said he had called the body shop, and they were actually able to take care of it for me and it would take a week. Again, before I could even think about it, Jesus quickly tells me he has a rental car for me to use at no extra cost. Phew!! When I went to pick up my car today, Jesus was there again, armed with his good energy, and proceeds to tell me they detailed my car AND replaced my battery in my key which wasn't working properly. As an essential worker and a mother of 2 school age kids, life has been less than smooth lately to say the least, and I can't thank you enough for the kindness and good service you provided me Jesus! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
