Loi Nguyen provided excellent customer service for a quick and easy purchase. He took the time to review all the goodies included in my purchase even down to reviewing the owners manual. Went through the media options and walked me through the Apple Car play. Loi is the man!! If you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle just give him a call. I previously had worked with two other dealerships the day before trying to purchase a Trail Edition at one and a TRD Pro at the other and wasn't able to get 10% of the service Loi provided. I was looking for a sales guy to take the lead and close the deal and he did. No slacking over at Putnam Toyota. We also had a great experience with Kyle getting all the paperwork finalized and out the door in a timely manner. I went to Putnam Toyota to check on Highlander I seen on they're inventory online. Darren was very transparent with the interaction so I wanted to make an offer. He gave me a decent deal with some promises he made to close the deal. A couple days later he fulfil his promises and I'm a customer. Will recommend and do business again if I'm in the market for another Toyota.

Service advisors are friendly, pleasant and never tried to sell you something you don't need. Due to COVID-19 no coffee or pastries and fruits now. Coffee was great when they were offer. Comfortable waiting area. WiFi provided.

One of the few places where I did not get a pushy or aggressive vibe from any of the workers. Both Loi and John were extremely friendly, approachable and genuine in their approach in helping my husband and I purchase a car. They were patient and understanding of all of my questions and gave me a lot of solid advice. Would buy again!

We recently purchased a new Venza from Putnam Toyota. Everyone we talked with was very nice and helpful. We have bought quite a few new vehicles over the years including new Toyota's and this was kind of a new experience for us because they were NOT the usual pushy type sales people we have come to expect when going to a car dealership. If your in the market for a new Toyota I highly recommend you visit this unaggressive accommodating dealership that follows through the last detail.
