Loi Nguyen provided excellent customer service for a quick and easy purchase. He took the time to review all the goodies included in my purchase even down to reviewing the owners manual. Went through the media options and walked me through the Apple Car play. Loi is the man!! If you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle just give him a call. I previously had worked with two other dealerships the day before trying to purchase a Trail Edition at one and a TRD Pro at the other and wasn't able to get 10% of the service Loi provided. I was looking for a sales guy to take the lead and close the deal and he did. No slacking over at Putnam Toyota. We also had a great experience with Kyle getting all the paperwork finalized and out the door in a timely manner.
