Just purchased a 2021 Tundra Trail Edition in Cement Grey from Putnam Toyota on 2/6. 10 Star Buying experience!!! That's right!!! I said 10 Star! All 3 Putnam associates I dealt with were friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable. It first started with a Call to Eric (Internet Sales Manager). He picks up the phone and right off the bat I can tell he's not at the dealership. In fact he's at the park playing with his kids. I bring this up because it shows me he's dedicated to the family and his customers. Let's be honest, if I'm at the park playing with the kiddos and work calls. There's no way in hell I'm picking up the phone. Anyways... I request pics and vids of the truck, which were supplied the next day when Eric got to the Dealership. I then request best OTD price with an itemized breakdown. Which was promptly supplied. I've been doing my homework on the 2021 Tundra for the past year. So when it comes to cost, availability and demand... I knew what to expect. Everything looked good and I was prepared to purchase the vehicle on Saturday. It's Friday now and I ran into some issues with my Credit Union. Paperwork delay would mean I couldn't purchase the Tundra till Monday. That meant I could possibly lose the truck to another undeserving Tundra buyer . Eric sensed my urgency and got Kyle (Finance Manager) involved to come up with a game-plan. Kyle was able to devise a workaround for my unique financial situation. He assured me if I showed up on Saturday I'll be driving off the lot with my new Truck. Which I did. This review should be done by the time when we get home from the dealer last jan 13, but at least as the old saying goes "it's good to be late, than to never". Me and my wife went to toyota piercey in Milpitas and test drive the car that my wife would like to get but she's not satisfied with the color. We and the agent sat down and go through with the price and terms deal. While waiting there, I showed my wife the Putnam toyota deals and she called them ask if they have 2020 toyota camry hybrid. The Putnam agent response was to call my wife back, and after few minutes while we are still trying to make good deal with the toyota piercey agent, Putnam toyota called. We decided to visit their car dealer all the way to Burlingame, this was about 5:30 in the afternoon. So when we get there, the car was already in the front and we greeted by this agent name Noli. He was nice, respectful, and easy to talk to. After we drive test the car, we sat down and go through again with the business. After going back and forth, a little chi chatting and negotiation, we finally got a deal. We got the car with no down and zero apr, the color that we like. It was already 2 hrs after their closing hours but they are accommodating and helping us with the process. Noli, our car agent was very thorough in explaining basic information about the car. All in all , we had a good, happy experience conducting a business with them and we are recommending them for those who are looking and planning to buy a car. Lastly, we also would like to thank John, the financial agent for helping us to get a GAP coverage insurance even in the late notice.
